Transcription: Slowly begin curling your right leg up toward your buttocks, pushing down with your left leg for resistance. Bring the right leg up as far as you can, then lower both legs back to the starting position, again using your left leg as resistance. When your legs are extended but still soft at the knees, repeat the movement. When you're finished, do the exercise again, this time reversing leg positions.
